While we help all athletes & coaches through our #EliteVolleyJobList … Our priority since inception has been to manage athletes to the highest standards. As an exclusive athlete with us inside our #EliteVolleyFam network, you'll find a community and network of elite-level athletes, coaches, and teams. How We Work With Our
Exclusively Represented Athletes

• We are a Boutique Agency… with a staff of All Americans & National Team athletes. Meaning we limit the # of represented athletes we sign to our agency in order to provide them with quality representation. Our athletes are usually at the elite pro and pipeline national team levels.

• Career Vision & Planning… That takes industry knowledge which we have plenty of and it includes quality of exposure, level, income, and coaching… In all scenarios, the player MUST perform well in the teams each season for us both to accomplish our goals together. On average, 65-75% of our rookie players will sign in the top 6 leagues (France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Italy, or Turkey). Most of our athletes are on a EuroCup team by year 2 or 3, and about 50% of our rookies get this chance too. Our aim is usually a 2 - 3 year

• Brand, Image & Professionalism Educators… We help you understand how to make career upgrades by creating a professional image and name. We provide off & in-season education and partners to those that need/want it.

• Networking & Support Through #EliteVolleyFam & #EliteVolleyPartner’s… a network of experts (sports psych, mobility, rehabilitation, health & strength coaches, doctors + international athletes that are current and past top international pros and Olympians from in and outside of our agency! This provides knowledge and mentorship to those that need it. Everyone at some point ;) Hear from our athletes…

(Foreign) Student-Athletes:
Our help is PRIVATE whether free -or- paid

We know it doesn’t need to be all over the news that you want to pursue your education while playing before you go truly pro or decide on a career.

• We have interested coaches contact you directly.

• Get a CV/Resumé (example) with everything USA/CAN schools need! We send it directly to schools through our network of over 1,000 coaches at schools like Penn State, Pitt, Illinois, Nebraska, Texas, Florida St., Northwestern, St, John’s, West Virginia, Arizona State, UCLA, SAN DIEGO, etc! If you’ve got the level for elite volleyball in the USA then we’ve got the contacts at top 10-25 schools!

• Get help from current & former international student-athletes or ones trying to decide on one like you! Players like: Ivana Jeremic (SRB playing pro CEV cup), Milica Kubura (Team Serbia), Jelena Novakovic SRB, Eszter Nagy (Team HUN starter), Gloria Levorin ITA, Liis & Kadi Kullerkann (Team EST), Valeria Hejjas (Team HUN), Bruna Vrankovic (Team CRO), and more.

• We help you know how to apply for all needed clearances, exams, and certifications to be eligible to play for USA/CAN schools!
